Rosemary minis

















Ingredients
1.      2 Cup Plain flour
2.      1 tsp. yeast
3.      ½ Cup oil /butter
4.      ½ Cup yogurt /butter milk
5.      ½ Cup Milk
6.      Salt to taste
7.      1 tsp. Sugar
8.      1tsp. dry rosemary herbs
9.      1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Mix all the liquid ingredients together with yeast and sugar keep aside for 10 minutes. Pour it to the dry ingredients (flour, herbs and salt) and make a soft dough, which is sticky. If need more water add accordingly. Keep the dough to ferment around 2 to 3 hours in a warm place. Design the shape as required adding some butter and flour. keep covered for rising and bake in the oven for about 35 to 45 min on 180 degree Celsius.
