Ingredients:
4 to 5 Sardines
1 tbsp Pepper
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 Tbsp Vinegar
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Preparation:
Marinate the fish with all the ingredients and keep for 1hour. Grill the fish for 40 minutes under 180 degree Celsius
